Shop signs & fascia signage in Dublin

Fascia panels, hand-painted timber, built-up 3D letters and projecting signs that get noticed.

Made to order · price on enquiry

Your sign is the first thing customers see and the last thing they remember. We design, make and install shopfront signage that suits your street — from hand-painted timber fascias for heritage frontages to crisp aluminium panels and built-up 3D letters for modern units.

Every sign starts with a mock-up on a photo of your building, is built to last in Irish weather and is installed safely. We also advise on planning permission and prepare the drawings your local council needs.

Standards we work to

Standards & certifications

Safe working on site and at height

Installations are planned and risk-assessed under Irish health and safety law. Sign installations use appropriate access equipment — ladders, towers or mobile elevating work platforms — operated by trained staff.

Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005 · S.I. No. 299/2007 (Work at Height)

Responsible disposal of old signs

Old lightboxes, LEDs and drivers removed during a project are recycled through authorised WEEE channels rather than landfill.

WEEE Directive 2012/19/EU

Planning permission for signs

Many signs — especially illuminated, projecting or large fascia signs, and any sign on a protected structure or in an Architectural Conservation Area — need planning permission. We check what applies to your building and prepare drawings for Dublin City Council, Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown, Fingal, South Dublin and neighbouring councils.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How much does a shop sign cost in Dublin?

Every shop signs & fascia signage project is quoted to its size, materials, finish and installation requirements. Send Ali Onder photos, measurements and your location for a written quotation.

Do I need planning permission for a shop sign in Dublin?

Often, yes. Illuminated signs, projecting signs, larger fascias and any signage on a protected structure or in an Architectural Conservation Area usually need permission from your local council. Some small, non-illuminated signs can be exempt. We’ll tell you what applies to your building and can prepare the drawings.

Can you match my existing branding?

Absolutely — send us your logo files or brand guidelines. If you don’t have print-ready artwork, our branding team can redraw or design it.

How long do shop signs last?

With UV-stable materials and good installation, aluminium and 3D-letter signs last for many years; hand-painted timber benefits from periodic maintenance to stay at its best.
