Fitted wardrobes — Rathfarnham
Many 1960s–80s houses here have been extended, creating open-plan spaces that suit islands and media walls. Attic conversions with sloped ceilings are ideal for made-to-measure eaves storage.
Suburban semis and bungalows from the 1960s–80s usually have regular, rectangular bedrooms — ideal for full-width sliding or hinged wardrobes. Replacing tired original built-ins with modern interiors is one of the most worthwhile upgrades.
Bedrooms in 1930s–50s houses are compact, with lower ceilings and a box room. Sliding-door wardrobes save floor space, and the stair bulkhead in the box room can become genuinely useful built-in storage.

Frequently asked questions
How much do fitted wardrobes cost in Dublin?
The cost depends on the width and height of the run, the door style (hinged or sliding), the finish and the interior — drawers, shoe racks and lighting add to the price. After a free home survey you receive a fixed written quotation, so you know the full installed cost before anything is made.
How long does it take to make and fit a wardrobe?
Most wardrobes are made in 3–5 weeks after you approve the drawings. Fitting a standard bedroom run takes a day; walk-in wardrobes and larger projects take two to three.
Can you build wardrobes for sloped ceilings or alcoves?
Yes — that is where bespoke work shines. We scribe wardrobes to sloping attic ceilings, chimney breasts and uneven walls in older Dublin homes, using every centimetre instead of leaving dead space.
Do you charge extra to travel to Rathfarnham?
We quote travel, parking and access for Rathfarnham as part of your project. Send your location and job details to Ali Onder; any charges are agreed in advance.
How soon can you start a project in Rathfarnham?
We can usually arrange a survey in Rathfarnham within a week. Small jobs such as flat-pack assembly are often booked within days; made-to-measure furniture typically takes two to six weeks to build, depending on the project.
Do you provide fitted wardrobes in Rathfarnham?
Yes. We provide fitted wardrobes throughout Rathfarnham (Dublin 14) and in nearby Terenure, Templeogue, Rathgar, Churchtown and Dundrum. Surveys, delivery and installation are planned around your address, and everything is confirmed in your written quotation.
